Wow!
What a great day that was. Just like I said it would be if we all concentrated hard enough - the weather was perfect. Not too hot, not too cold. Not too sunny, not too dull. Come to Welshpool for all your shows in the future.
The feedback to this one has been brilliant. Thank you to everyone who came. This picture of the RAF Falcons parachutist demonstrates just how intimate an air show can be. This was taken without a zoom lens. These guys came in right over our heads. Fantastic. I could hear people in the crowd gasp (one of those was me). More pictures to come.
A number of people have asked us if they can bring pet dogs to the air show...

We would not wish dog owners to be parted from their pets; however, an air show can be a crowded and noisy environment which is not always best suited to dogs who may become alarmed at sudden noise, smoke, or large crowds. Dogs, if brought to the show, must be restrained at all times. There are no facilities for pets at the air show.
Also leaving dogs in cars is not acceptable in case they get distressed from the noise, or from heat if it is sunny.
So, in a nutshell: Yes, but dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
And please remember this mantra....
"POOP SCOOP!"
